In order to be able to be very successful at losing weight, you must know how to judge your fat burning progress the right way. It's almost like taking a score in game. If don't take down the score then it will be hard to decide who's a winner at the end. Well the same goes for your fitness efforts, you have to know your body's score if you want to know if your winning or losing.

I've found many mistakes when people try to get rid of lower belly fat. They enslave themselves to a weight loss scale. Why? because if they noticed they have gained a pound, they tend to stop doing the right thing, and putting in the proper weight training, that's even required to get rid of lower belly fat.

I want you to understand that it's not your fault. I don't want you to blame yourself if you've been in this position before. Because for many years now, most of us were taught to use the scale to measure if we did or did not burn any fat.

The scale can play mind tricks with you and your body, because your body may seems to fluctuate a couple of pounds during the day, or every other day, but it doesn't means that you've gained a pound, or even burned a pound of fat.

If you've added lean muscle to your body within those couple of months, then you may see that your weight has moved up a little. We're assuming that your not gaining any fat weight, because it's not about weight loss, we're focusing on fat loss right now. Remember there's a difference.

Anyways, the more muscle you put on, will mean the more calories its going to take to build that particular muscle and keep it alive. Your metabolism will kick into overdrive, and you'll burn fat even faster then you thought possible.

Now when you go back and check your weight on the scale, you'll notice that you weight has now dropped, because the new muscle you've put on has arrived, creating a calorie deficit in your daily food intake.

Now we should be focusing on our body fat percentage here. You may have some of the nicest abs in the world, but if you have a layer of body on top of them, then guess what? it won't matter.

So were going to see how much your total weight is body fat. Alot don't know to tell what there body fat percentage are. But for the men who do, are usually happy when they get there body fat range between 12-15%.

Most women usually go for 16-20%. In order to be able to track your percentage, you'll need a skin caliper. There super inexpensive, but make sure you're keeping track of things. If your percentage seems to be going down, then keep doing exactly what your doing, and don't even bother getting on a scale.

Believe it or not, you can even use a mirror to jude your fat loss progression. As you all know mirrors don't lie. Yes this sounds simple, but your mirror is powerful tool to have, so use it to judge your fat loss and muscle gain.

But why is it so powerful as I claim? Well see our mind controls our body, so our body tends to respond to our mind, therefore when you start to see changing within your body, your motivation to lose even more weight will skyrocket through the roof, because you're seeing your body change right before your eyes. 


Thats how to get rid of lower belly fat even faster, because your motivation will cause you to bring more intensity to your workouts, you will feel even better about yourself, and you'll gained those flat abs in the process.

A very important aspect of judging your progression is you have to create realistic expectations of your new body. Stop believing what your seeing. A lot of people in the fitness industry use genetics to try to advertise their products and programs. 


And what's happening is you're being deceive by all of it subconsciously. They have you thinking that all you have to do is follow their steps, advice, remedies, or whatever it is they say, and will come out looking like a cover boy or girl.

But to be honest that may never happen. Even if you've bought the most efficient, most effective program on the net, there's a chance that you may never have abs, like LL Cool J or Usher, or any other superstar or model that you look up too.

I usually don't listen to researchers because, I'm weird some ways lol..but they when I heard that we are a product of our own genetic inheritance, finally they said something worth listening too. Its the stone cold truth. Some people will have to work harder than other to get rid of lower belly fat.

Some of us carry  more fat in our bellies than others. Some of us have more fat cells in our hips and thighs. The point is all of us are different in every way possible. Yes, we all were created equal, but not the same.

Your mind will have an affect on how fast you get rid of lower belly fat. It's important to never forget what I just said. If you do, then you maybe sabotage your efforts in the gym, when trying to burn fat. Stay focus on you and what you have to lose.

Just because you're not losing fat at the same rate as your best friend, or any other relative you may hit the gym with, doesn't mean what you're doing is wrong in any way. It just takes time for everything to happen.

Comparing yourself to others will hurt you rather than help. You should only look to comparing yourself to YOU. Feel good about who you are, feel good about the body you have. All of us are individually highlighted with something thats special and stands out among us, that no other person may have.

Whether it be your broad shoulders, or powerful arms. Could be your slender and muscular waist that outlines your body. Everything about all of us are different from one another.

So don't build that thought process in your head that your chained by your genetics, because you don't have to be. You don't have to feel in bondage, you don't have to feel like you have to look like the person in the magazine to look great.

I want you to feel liberated. You I want you to know that you have the power to transform your body in whatever you want it to be, and reshape it however you want it to be.

It will improve your body to a degree that everyone around you will be impressed, even yourself. Imagine walking up to friends, and family and just WOW-ING! them.
